I have an original Bind it all (by Zutter) and really enjoy it. I got it for 50% off at Hobby Lobby in the scrapbooking section. It is easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of room.
I have also seen a tutorial somewhere on binding your own with hole punch and wire.
I think ALL your work is wonderful!! Good for you!!! Trust me on this.... I have the Bind It All... and I have the Cinch. You want the Cinch! It IS a cinch! Look it up on YouTube.
Hallo, found your blog through the Soul Journalling group.
I have a Zutter Bind it All but find it somewhat limiting for larger work.
Have a look at i Hanna's blog here, http://www.ihanna.nu/blog/?p=1248#comments. she mentions a Renz SRW which I'm going to have a look at it seems a more able machine.
will be back later to read more, all the best, Carol Ann Lynch aka Ainelivia
I've actually been binding my own books using the Coptic Binding method, this video makes it easy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHAJyzzb4EE
The book lays flat when you're done and you can make it as big/small as you want. It looks gorgeous when done and complicated, but following along with the video makes it easy.
