It's been a while!

Well, I'm back again. Family medical staff has really made a dent in my life. But I have been spending a lot of time alone in my studio.  Kind of a circling the wagons sort of deal. My adult son has been in the hospital for about 2 1/2 months. He's on the road to recovery, but being a special-needs guy, recovery has been slow  with many twists and turns. You'll be  back to his own home with the help of his caregivers, wheelchair hospital bed, etc. thanks for your good wishes and prayers.

Now here  are some samples of the work I've been doing. From  prayer flags to sacred covered journals, I hope you like what I've  created. You can see close-up pictures in my new Etsy shop: SweetBlessings1947.

And here are the prayer flags. All, by the way, are on sale in my new Etsy shop: SweetBlessings1947.

This one, 'Be Peace', has already sold.

  1. So glad to hear that your son is recovering well. It's such a worry when you have a sick child so it's good that you were able to spend some time creating to help you take your mind off things.

    1. Thank you dear friend. Yes it's been a long haul. But I'm very excited to be back in the studio again. Look forward to more postings, in a ton of creativity! Thank you so much, sweet blessings, Chris

  2. Hello Dear Chris
I did wonder where you had been and I am sorry to hear about your son but things all seem to be looking up ahead for you. Thank heavens! Love all of your beautiful creations. Creating is healing - no doubt about it! Your hearts, flags and little books are so you!

    1. Thank you Susie. I do check your blog with every posting you make. The blessings of getting it in my email! Been following your work, and it's so wonderful that you sell your beautiful creations almost as soon as you post them . Your class looks wonderful and amazing, of course! Wish I have the finances.
Sending you love and lots of sweet blessings, Chris XOXO
