My New Look! Blog Banner Give Away!

Well, I finally got around to changing my blog banner to reflect some of my work. I'd love your opinion! Too busy? confusing? inspiring? what?

 Thank you Jeanmarie for modeling it for us!  The handles are made with vintage silk ties and can be tied for many different lengths.

 Front flap with pocket.

Inside pockets: one is a wide ribbon, perfect for a check book. The other is lined with a delicate vintage hankie. I like how it folds over the top of the pocket.

the inside has several compartments and more pockets for small stuff.

Under the front flap there's pockets for your pens and cell phone. The large pocket is from a beautiful silk tie. I lined it to give it strength.

This is a sideways view of the back with another pocket with a doily covered flap.

Writing, Sewing, Painting, or Posting...OH MY!

It's kinda like trying to pat your head and rub you tummy at the same time. I love having inspirations! and I love creating... just can't do it all at the same time!

Oh... and this has been keeping us somewhat busy.... sweet hubby is creating a sewing room for me... I can't possible sew and craft and paint in the same small studio! lol.... that now stands for Lucky Old Lady! Thanks honey!!
